Full of coastal and Craftsman touches, this gorgeous custom home in the Santa Rosa hills is a rare treat. The tranquil vibe is rooted in the client’s love of the beach and ocean; like the beach, the house is textured and serene.

One of the challenges was making the living room with 16′ ceilings feel cozy; we did that by scaling the lighting up and bringing it down into the space. Done and done, the room feels balanced and welcoming.

WHAT WE LOVE!

• Scrumptious retreat in the primary bedroom
• Floor to ceiling linen drapes
• Um, the countertops, so good!
• Dramatic dining room wallpaper
• The incredible pool
• All the lighting!
