Project Description

PROJECT DETAILS

This is one of our most transformative projects to date. This cramped and dark home in the outskirts of West Sonoma County was opened up and bathed in light. The walls were removed, and glass was added all along one side of the house with views looking out on a redwood forest.

The narrow house gave us a space planning challenge, but we were able to maximize functional space and use lighting and light finishes to keep the home feeling bright.

In the master bath, we incorporated a wet room for the shower and tub to share. It was a space saving suggestion that turned out magically.

The owners of this home are the most wonderful, deserving people and we are so glad that they are also in love with their new Redwood Retreat.
