This family kitchen in the Sky Hawk neighborhood was large in square footage, but not big on function. We reworked the locations of the appliances and created various work zones for specific tasks such as baking, prep, cleaning, wine storage and service, etc.
The final product feels even larger than before because the space is now well utilized. The lightness that we brought into the wall cabinets and paint colors draw your eye up showing off the ten foot ceilings. The navy blue island anchors the space and adds an element of fun.
WHAT WE LOVE!
- We love this tile backsplash and adding a colored grout made it a lot of fun
- We love the navy island! Navy is a great color to add depth without any harshness.
- The cabinets that run above the sink. They really bring the eye up!
